All iBOS teachers are UK-qualified and deliver lessons from our school site in Clapham, London. Our senior leaders and specialist staff combine academic expertise with pastoral care so every student is supported to succeed.
Farshad has worked in several high-achieving schools as a Senior Leader, Consultant, Inspector, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher in both the United Kingdom and the Middle East. He began as a main scale teacher holding an Advanced Skill Teacher (AST) qualification and is determined to offer students lasting support towards their studies and future goals.
Faizal is exceptionally proud to be Vice-Principal at iBOS and to help lead the school as a premier online school internationally. Having been Vice-Principal since iBOS began, he has developed a strong sense of pride in the extraordinary achievements students have already secured.
Amelia provides strategic leadership across the school to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. With international experience in Spain and the United States, and two master’s degrees in language teaching and education, she fosters an engaging, inclusive, student-centred environment.
Maria oversees student wellbeing, inclusion, and support across the school. Holding a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and with eight years of experience in leading British educational institutions, she is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where every learner feels valued.
Aya supports students across all aspects of their Sixth Form journey, including UCAS applications, careers guidance, UCAT preparation, university pathways, and academic progression. A qualified French teacher with CAPES and DALF certifications, she brings a structured and culturally enriched approach to language education.
